Part II

The Family Museum at Weilmünster 1973 - 1990

Part III

Museum History since 1990 until 2002

Intentions, designed aims and results of the past two decades of development of the present family museum and it´s surrounding organizational structure – the CID Institute in construction – are so contradictory antithetic, that the settlement history of that new company founded during the years in the Taunus Mountainside of the Weilmünster commune probably will be a future topic of academic investigations from most different sides.

The fact, that CID Institute, it´s virtual founder and it´s structure survided the years between 2002 and 2022, constructing simultaneously the probably most extense private internet appearance in the social media board Blogger ever made, but first of all, the question arises as to why this freedom was even allowed in a medium of total control, as it is the Internet. In most other countries in the world this would have been absolutely impossible because of the censorship policy.

Nevertheless – the initial idea was a good one. Born during the 24 months of the professional appearance of the later CID Institute´s director as independent consultant for the german international development cooperation gtz from february 1994 until february 1996, the conceptional asset for the new structure of his former nature science consultant office PLAN was the development of this single person company into a board of international free lanced consultants, that employed themselves in different specialists areas in the frame of international cooperation.

An interdisciplinary approach hence, that laid the foundations for the later interdisciplinary patchwork mosaic structure of the institute under construction, which, however, never developed beyond the structure of a sole proprietorship in the two decades under consideration. Basically that means, that during the years 2007 until 2012 CID Institute started parallel half a dozen of study projects or more alien to it´s proper specialization topics – i.e. Entomology Photography & Ceramic Artcraft Design – , projects so extense in it´s realization requirements, that an individual guided single person consulting company never would have been able to complete. But the impetus in tackling new topics was not to remain superficial but acting as “founding the roots“ for the later consideration of the outlined main topics in a more wider frame.

In fact, the international qualified academic specialists, for who´s carreer-starting in Germany the CID Institute should deliver a conceptional and infrastructural landing platform never found that private airport or only in Internet, never came or when they approached, started to study the reasons of the existence of a so odd and unexplainable private universitary iniciative – but didn´t join in practice the investigation and documentation work around the Colombian Berlins, The Orange´s and Nassau´s, The Antioch´s. Also when later was outlined the critical medicine topics neither germans nor foreigners ever entered in discussions about the extremely critical situation descriptions published by the CID Institute in Social Media.

That splendid isolation, that the CID Institute´s activities experienced in the Outside World of Internet only was disrupted by a handful of regional personal contacts to the private friend and family circle of the Institutes director. Most important for reflecting discussions figure here the Institute's patroness Mrs. ROSEMARIE ZANGER, who promoted overall the regional and history studies of CID Investigation and the Frankfurt Trade Unionist Mr. JÜRGEN HAESE, who, during the reflections about the Institutes advance, didn´ t reduce only to the aspects of "Risks of Electronic Data Processing" what was his proper main theme during his active time in IG Metall.

The most important intellectual and organizational patrons of the CID Institute between 2002 and 2022: Rosemarie Zanger and Jürgen Haese.
